We specialize in Property Management for our Rental Portfolio, and in buying distressed properties in any condition from motivated sellers anywhere in the United States. We're experts at finding solutions for people who want to sell their income producing 5 to 50 unit Apartments Buildings, and people who are in the market to sell or rent their residential investment property, or own home quickly and hassle free. We are also well versed in most types of home sales and Master Lease/Rental Options and are certain that we can find a win-win solution for every seller or property owner, whether it be a traditional or creative rental or selling solution.

Also due to our vast network of corporate placement and relocation partners, we get calls constantly for properties just like yours in your area! Many tenant/renters that we host are looking for a short term solution between finding permanent housing usually due to a work relocation. While others tenant/renters are traveling to the area fr business or pleasure.
We will pay you exactly what you are asking for rent (sometimes even a little more), we pay on-time, and for the residential clients we even place hosting Insurance on your property, making you the beneficiary, so you don't have to, for the entire time your property is listed with us. We do not list your property on MLS, we market the property internally and through our syndicates, to let our clients know a new property has become available for housing.
Whether dealing with a commercial client or residential, we handle all of the tenant issues that may arise directly. We are responsible for making sure the property is cleaned regularly, and we thoroughly screen and reference check all tenant /renters that may stay in your property.

how we work
As active fix and flip investors we’ve purchased numerous homes throughout the years from wholesalers all over the greater Philadelphia area. What we typically find is that they sell properties with very little margin or supporting comparable sales. Therefore, we look through hundreds of properties before we find one that meets our criteria of having comparable properties to support the price. At Gateway Wholesale Homes we deliver properties that are truly below market. Now, the definition of “below market” can be subjective. If you ask ten different investors you’ll get ten different answers. Here’s how we define “Below Market”:
1. Must have 3 “sold” comps that are within a one-mile radius of the subject property. The 3 comps must be within ~200 square feet +/- of the subject’s living space.
2. Subject property must be at least 20% below the average of the 3 sold comps.
It’s not easy to find these types of properties. We spend thousands of dollars on marketing and countless hours searching for deals that meet this criteria.
